How Do I Apply For Units Under The Offer - Step 1 of 6

Capitalised words used on this website have the meaning given to them in the Product Disclosure Statement and the Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (together, PDS) unless they are defined differently on this website.

Step 1.1 - Read the PDS. The PDS contains details of the public offering of Units in the Offer.

You should ensure that any copy of the PDS you view or print is complete. To the extent permitted by law, the Fund is not liable for any loss incurred from accessing or downloading the PDS including, but not limited to, data corruptions on download.

The PDS contains information about participating in the Offer. The information contained in the PDS does not take into account the investment objectives, financial situation or particular needs of the investor. It is important that you read the PDS carefully and in full before deciding whether to invest in the Fund. In particular, in considering the PDS you should consider the risk factors that could affect the financial performance and prospects of the Fund. You should carefully consider these risks in light of your personal circumstances (including financial and taxation issues) and seek professional advice from your accountant, stockbroker, lawyer or other professional adviser before deciding to invest in the Fund.

How to Participate

  • Read the PDS

    Due to regulatory requirements, you must acknowledge that you have received and have read the PDS in order to participate in the Offer. The PDS contains important information about the Fund and the Offer. You need to read the PDS carefully before you decide to invest. The PDS is available online or in hardcopy.

  • Complete the Application

    Once you acknowledge having accessed and having read the PDS, you can apply for Units. You can complete the application:

    • online with this facility; or
    • by downloading and printing the PDS and completing the application form attached to the PDS; or
    • by completing the application form attached to a hard copy of the PDS.

    Investors wishing to apply for Units under the PDS will need to complete the application form that will be in, or will accompany, the PDS and follow the instructions contained in the PDS once the Offer opens. To meet the requirements of the Corporations Act, no application form can be handed or passed on to another person unless attached to, or accompanied by, the PDS.

    The Corporations Act prohibits any person from passing on to another person an application form unless that application form is attached to or accompanies a complete unaltered copy of the PDS. A person who gives another person access to an application form must at the same time and by the same means give the other person access to the PDS, and any supplementary or replacement PDS.

    Applications for Units under the Offer will only be accepted if made on an application form attached to the PDS. Under the Corporations Act, Units may only be issued if the Fund has reasonable grounds to believe that the application form was included in or accompanied by the PDS when the application form was distributed.

  • Submit the Application

    Once an application has been completed by you, it may be submitted online using this facility or by sending the completed application form and payment to the nominated address.

Note that you can cancel your application at any time during the application process, prior to submission. A submitted application will only take part in the Offer on receipt of clear funds and completion of forms relating to your tax status.
